The City of Ottawa has received Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control applications to permit the development of a three-storey personal service facility at 2505 and 2707 Solandt Road to support a destination wellness facility that includes a spa, accessory outdoor amenity areas, accessory personal service buildings and an ancillary restaurant.
