The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control application for 475 Terry Fox Drive. The site is located on the southeast corner of Kanata Avenue and Terry Fox Drive. The applicant is proposing to develop three mid-rise (six-storey) residential apartment buildings with 182 residential dwelling units.
As you may recall, the Kanata North office held a consultation on this application prior to the applicant filing an application, as the applicant wanted to hear from the community early on in the process. They have now actually submitted their application. We now start the formal process.

We will hold another community information session with the developer, giving residents a chance to ask their questions and share their concerns directly with the developer. We are currently working out the details and will send out a registration link once details are confirmed.
