As the Kanata North office is copied on submissions residents send in on development files, I thought I would let you know that the list of concerns we are receiving regarding the development application for 475 Terry Fox Drive concern land use, servicing, building height, vehicular traffic, transit services, pedestrian and cycling safety, noise, building design – building volume, facade, material, colour, trees and landscaping, parkland and green space, and environmental preservation. Other feedback also includes questions regarding accessibility and bedroom count for units proposed. I just wanted you to know that we do receive your comments.
We will be holding a virtual community information session with the developer, giving residents a chance to ask their questions and share their concerns directly with the developer on Tuesday, March 31 at 7:00 pm. Residents can register at 475 Terry Fox Community Information Session.
