The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application for 8201 Campeau Drive. The site is located on the southwest corner of Didsbury Drive and Campeau Drive. The Kanata North office will hold a virtual information session on January 6, 2026 at 7:00pm, where the applicant will have a chance to present their design and answer questions from interested residents.
John Bernier (john.bernier@ottawa.ca) is the City planner overseeing the file and welcomes any comments.
The applicant is proposing to develop two (2) six-storey mixed use buildings, connected by a portion of the first storey, featuring 333 residential units, 272 square metres of at-grade commercial, and 615 parking spaces.
