Following the Landscaper Regulatory Review last October, City of Ottawa staff committed to creating a Landscaping Education Guide to help contractors and residents understand landscaping rules and requirements. This guide consists of information surrounding regulations and best practices for a variety of landscaping activities such as driveway projects, soft landscaping, hard landscaping, pool installations, tree protection, and fencing.
