The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application for 319 Huntmar Drive. The site is located on the north side of Highway 417 between the Palladium Drive off-ramp and Huntmar Drive. The applicant is proposing to develop the site with six (6) residential buildings of six storeys in height, with a total of 472 dwelling units, 551 parking spaces through underground and at-grade parking, and 62 bicycle parking spaces.
