On Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 7:00 pm the Kanata North Office will be holding a virtual information session regarding the anticipated application to amend the City of Ottawa’s zoning by-law at 788 March Rd. The applications seeks permission to increase the building height from the currently permitted 4 storeys up to 6 storeys – housing some 196 dwellings units.
The applicant, SINA will be joined by their consultant, FOTENN, along with Staff from the Councillor’s office. City Staff will not be in attendance.
